Richard Verlander
Parent, author, baseball dad.

Areas of focus: Provide expert guidance in areas of parent advising, strategic consultation, NIL support, draft preparation, and conducting seminars.

Richard initially worked in the telecommunications industry. Upon retiring he began a career as a writer, speaker, and life coach for youngsters and parents. Together with his wife Kathy, Richard actively participates on the board of Goochland Pet Lovers, a non-profit organization, and they visit elementary schools to share their book, "The Shelter Gang and Their Secret Adventure." Their first book was titled "Rocks Across The Pond: Lessons Learned. Stories Told."

Josh Gentry
Head Baseball Coach - Mills Godwin High School.
Coach Josh Gentry has led the Mills Godwin baseball program to four Regional Championships (2019, 2021, 2023, 2024) and multiple state semifinal appearances. A 2021 Regional Coach of the Year, Coach Gentry has spent over 10 years at Godwin, with the last five as Head Coach. He’s helped more than 40 players advance to the next level, building strong connections with colleges and scouts nationwide.
