The first step involves a comprehensive evaluation of the player by our KG Baseball Consulting team. During this evaluation, we will record video footage to aid in the recruitment process. Our staff will engage in discussions with the player and their family to explore a wide range of academic and baseball goals, ensuring we tailor our approach to best support the player's recruitment journey.

2 / Video and Player Profile

Following the evaluation, we will create a video and player profile. This video will include footage captured during the evaluation, as well as additional clips provided by the player. Our team will expertly compile and edit this video to effectively showcase the player’s skills and strengths.

3 / Advisement 

This critical step focuses on equipping players with the necessary skills to communicate effectively with college coaches. We provide guidance on writing proper emails, appropriate texting etiquette, and best practices for social media use. Additionally, families receive advice on which camps will best suit their player, helping to save time and money by targeting the right opportunities.

4 / College Contacts

In this step, KG Baseball Consulting facilitates connections between players and college coaches. With Jeff Kinne's 21 years of head coaching experience and Chris Gerrity's 22 years of ownership at RBA West, we harness our strong relationships and esteemed reputation within the college baseball community to connect players with the right programs. Our focus is on promoting each player's unique skills and potential, ensuring they present themselves effectively to colleges.

5 / Visit and Commit!

This is the most exciting phase of the process! KG Baseball Consulting guides players and their families through the concerns of phone calls and visits to college campuses. These visits are pivotal, often leading to offers and helping the player determine their future path.
